I was recommended to use Lorin Arnold to draw up internal floorplate changes to a bungalow renovation, as well as plans for a first storey extension with external elevations compliant with formal local authority planning permission. Throughout the process of creative design and technical planning, Lorin has been approachable, professional and communicative. Having taken the time to determine the requirement, he was then able to offer expert advice and mock up creative options to assist with the process of design. His communication is prompt and he works hard to ensure products are produced a timely and professional manner. Lorin works collaboratively and is able to provide not just technical drawing skills, but also creative design input to evolve the initial design ideas and iterate them into a much superior final product. My project has been materially improved by Lorin’s unique and informed design ideas, and his technical drawing skills are excellent, with clear attention to detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lorin Arnold for any architectural work, as Lorin is hardworking, fastidious, technically skilled, and a pleasure to collaboratively work with. I will certainly use them again when the need arises.
